I found the staff very helpful. they assisted with directions to local attractions. the parking was close to my room, this made loading and unloading easy. the courtyard had benches and tables. This provided nice spots.
the ice machine on my floor was out of service, it required a walk to another floor.

the outdoor pool provided a place for relaxation. it included several lounge chairs. the vending machines offered a selection of snacks and drinks available at all times, and this was convenient.
